At the Lorenzo Hall

The Lorenzo Hall of UP Mindanao is a multi-tiered room that poses itself as an auditorium with deep maroon curtains and carpeted floor.

It was 7 in the evening and I scheduled an acting workshop for my theater class. What I normally do to help students get rid of their inhibitions was to let them act without them seeing each other.

That night, after giving a relaxation exercise and their specific roles, I turned off the lights of the Lorenzo hall.

As I was trying to set the mood by giving them mental images of scenes, I happened to look at the back of the hall. What I saw made me turn on the lights and cancelled the workshop – it was a pair of red eyes staring at me.

I was asked last month to write my paranormal experiences but forgot to post it in my blog.
